By using the Site, you do recognize it as being the property of Quitman Baptist Church. QBC respects your intellectual property, and does not make any such claim of ownership over content submitted by you to the Website. However, by submitting content you do hereby authorize QBC, in so long as the content remains on our site, to disseminate or transmit said content via the Internet.

You affirm, under penalty of perjury, that you are the sole copyright holder of all content submitted by you to the Website, and that you have the legal authority to publish and/or disseminate that content. Unauthorized submission of copyright material is a serious violation of these Terms, and is addressed in Section IV.

Furthermore, as much of content on the QBC site is user generated, we cannot guarantee that all links posted by users are free from objectionable content.
