Where's Quitman?
One question that we hear often is "where's Quitman?" Well, if you're one of the people asking then have no fear. Quitman is easy to find! If you're coming from Ruston, then just head south out of Ruston on US Highway 167 for about 14 miles. If you're coming from Jonesboro, then your drive is about 9 miles north on US Highway 167. If you come to Quitman from Mount Olive, then you will be driving about six miles on LA Highway 155. All of these roads intersect in the middle of Quitman (yes, in front of the Handy Foods convenience store)! To get to Quitman Baptist Church just drive down Brooks Chapel Road, the side road that intersects with LA 155 and US 167. We're just right on top of the hill!
